Return and Refund Policy
At Ankit Bag House, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the easy steps outlined below:
1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@ankitbaghouse.in within 72 hours of receiving your product.
Your email must include:
- Reason for return or exchange
- Minimum 2 clear photos showing the defect, damage, dent, or issue
- 1 mandatory video clearly displaying the defect/damage
- Mandatory unboxing video (from opening the parcel to showing the product)
Requests without proper photos/videos or sent after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
Refund
refunds will take 3-5 days to be credited into the beneficiary’s bank account.
replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days
2. Review & Response Time
Once we receive your email and complete details, our team will review your request.
- You will receive a resolution/update within 72 hours on your registered email.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Approved returns will be refunded as a Credit Note, after deducting a ₹100 return fee.
- The Credit Note is valid for 3 months and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- Approved exchanges will be processed after verification.
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference online.
4. If a Damaged Product Is Received
In case the product arrives damaged, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@ankitbaghouse.in.
The email must include:
- Mandatory unboxing video
- At least 2 clear photos showing the damage/defect
- 1 clear video showing the visible damage
- All details mentioned above must be properly visible
Once the email is received with complete details, our team will verify the issue and check whether the damage occurred during logistics transit.
Requests raised after 24 hours for damage claims cannot be accepted.
Important Notes
- The product must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging for return/exchange approval.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show:
- Parcel opening
- Product condition on arrival
- Any visible defect/damage
· If you’re exchanging a bag that was originally bought at a discount, the new (exchange) bag may be priced at MRP. Since discounts are applied only once per order, they cannot be reused during an exchange.
· In such cases, you’ll need to pay the difference in price between the two products, along with a ₹100 pickup fee, while initiating your exchange request.
· If a prepaid order is refused by the customer, the applicable RTO (Return to Origin) charges will be deducted while issuing the credit note.
